Coming in at a mere 10 ounces in overall weight, the FH1 is rated to be able to handle max loads of up to 6.6 lbs. The FH1 is Arca Swiss compatible and comes with a standard quick release mounting plate. In addition, the FH1 comes with a thread adapter to allow this fluid head to be compatible with both 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 thread sizes.
