The Leofoto ST-X Series Rifle Tripods is one of the most compact apex setups on the market with a perfectly balanced weight to strength ratio. The ST-X Series features a knob-controlled clamp, with the option to choose either a dual Arca & Picatinny clamp or an Arca-only clamp, along with a knob-controlled, integrated ball head. These tripods provide maximum rigidity, making them ideal for supporting non-traditional shooting positions. They also feature three angle stop positions to increase shooting position capabilities and a compact design which maintains a small footprint, creating a tripod setup which is extremely easy to pack and carry on the go. The brand new “X” version features a new knurled-bar angle stop design, which allows for one handed operation. The lever-release clamp has also been redesigned for an improved clamping experience and the width of the clamp can be adjusted to precisely fit any arca/picatinny rail, even those which are slightly off standard spec.
