The AR15 Mil-Spec buffer tube is made from 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum and is compatible with Mil-Spec butt stocks. The tube has matte tan anodizing with a Type III Class II Hard Coat for the best wear resistance. It has the tightest tolerances for a snug fit with most polymer stocks.
