The Fiocchi ammunition lineage started in 1876 when the two brothers purchased a defaulted arms manufacturer. Believing that metallic cartridge ammunition was a profitable adventure they started manufacturing metallic ammunition cartridges. The company and family started taking care of its employees with benefits and relationships that has created third and fourth generation workers in the firm. Their original factory was destroyed in WWII but was rebuilt and the production restarted. Modernizations have been done to keep the factories up to date and the company has expanded to the US and they keep an eye on changes to make their ammo the best it can be for the intended uses.
The Tipped TSX bullets are made of 100% copper and contain no lead. They deliver the same “three strikes you’re out” rule at the TSX. Once as it strikes game, two as the bullet begins to open and a third impact when the cavity fully expands to deliver extra shock with maximum transferred energy. The added polymer tip creates a faster expansion rate as well as better long range ballistics. Tipped TSX bullets are ideal on medium-sized game like deer, pronghorn and sheep.
This ammunition is new production, non-corrosive, in boxer-primed, reloadable brass cases.
