Shipping Policy

All ammunition orders MUST ship via domestic travel only. In the event that your order includes items that are categorized as dangerous goods as defined by the Department of Transportation, it will be shipped by domestic transport only.  We cannot make any exceptions.  We are not currently accepting any international orders.  We reserve the right to select a different courier if they can accommodate the order that is being shipped and if we determine that it may expedite delivery.  We may choose to ship orders using carriers such as, but not limited to UPS, Fedex, USPS,  Mail Innovations, SmartPost, and SurePost.  We cannot ship ammunition orders to Hawaii or Alaska, but we can ship other items.  Orders with eligible items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii must ship via air due to Carrier restrictions and are subject to additional charges. WE CANNOT SHIP AMMO TO PO BOXES!

Orders cannot be canceled once the order has been released to our warehouse for processing. In order to comply with weight restrictions, your order may be shipped in separate packages. If your order includes a mixture of both standard items and dangerous goods and or firearms, it may be shipped in multiple pieces and can be shipped with multiple couriers.

Shipped orders will not obtain a signature upon delivery. A delivery record from the selected courier will be conclusive proof of delivery. The recipient accepts liability for any loss or damage to the package after delivery. A signature requirement can be added to your order for an additional fee. If you choose to add this option to your shipment, you must contact Selway Armory BEFORE the order has been released to our warehouse for processing.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, the recipient will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order. Orders that are canceled after it is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address will be subject to our refund policy. Shipping charges incurred due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout are nonrefundable.

All orders are generally processed and shipped within 2 – 3 business days from the day it was received. We make every effort to efficiently process each order; however, processing delays can occur. We do not process or ship any orders on the weekends or major Holidays. Time in transit is just an estimate. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for any orders. Sorry, but we cannot hold orders for a later delivery date.

All flat rate shipping fees apply to the domestic 48 contiguous states on shipments up to 100 lbs. Orders in excess of 100 lbs and any order shipping to Alaska or Hawaii are subject to additional shipping charges. Orders in excess of 100 lbs will incur fees of $10.99 per each additional 100 lb increment. (Examples 101-200 lbs = $21.98, 201-300 lbs = $32.97 total shipping fee, ext).  All orders are automatically insured for $100. Customers have the option to pay for insurance on all orders over $100.00. Please contact us before the order is released to our warehouse for shipment. Shipping timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Due to the Department of Transportation regulations, we cannot accept returns on ammunition. Please check your local laws before ordering.
