The Black Rain Ordnance Spec series is a line of AR-15 rifles and pistols built to meet bid requirements for law enforcement and military personnel and as an affordable option for civilian use. The SPEC15 uses a direct impingement gas system, has a non-adjustable gas block, and a salt bath BCG. It has a billet 7075 T6 aluminum upper and lower receiver, 4150 chormoly barrel and a 12″ M-Lok hybrid handguard. This 5.56 model has 16″ barrel with A2 flash hider, Magpul MOE buttstock, and a black hardcoat anodized metal finish.
