Shooting from a Howa 1500 20" bull barrel.

I got 1"-1.5" group with Fiocchi 165 gr on the same target, same day. This ammo just does NOT like to shoot straight out of my rifle. I'm curious if it's worked well in other people's rifles. But at least the brass seems good. So i guess 2 stars.
