For all orders our default carrier is UPS Ground. All ammunition orders MUST ship via domestic travel only. Sorry, but we cannot make any exceptions. We cannot ship ammunition orders to Hawaii or Alaska but can ship other items. WE CANNOT SHIP AMMO TO PO BOXES! In the event that your order includes items that are categorized as dangerous goods as defined by the Department of Transportation, it will be shipped domestic transport only. We are not currently accepting any international orders. We reserve the right to select a different courier if they can accommodate the order that is being shipped and if we determine that it may expedite delivery. Orders cannot be canceled once the status has been changed to shipped. In order to comply with weight restrictions with our couriers, your order may be shipped in separate packages. If your order includes a mixture of both standard items and dangerous goods, it may be shipped in multiple pieces and can be shipped with multiple couriers.
Shipped orders will not obtain a signature upon delivery. A delivery record from the selected courier will be conclusive proof of delivery. The recipient accepts liability for any loss or damage to the package after delivery. A signature requirement can be added to your order for an additional fee. If you choose to add this option to your shipment, you must contact Selway Armory BEFORE the order status is changed to shipped.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, the recipient will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order. Orders that are canceled after it is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address will be subject to our refund policy. Shipping charges incurred due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout are nonrefundable.
All orders are generally processed and shipped within 2 - 3 business days from the day it was received. We make every effort to efficiently process each order however, processing delays can occur. We do not process or ship any orders on the weekends or major Holidays. Time in transit is just an estimate. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for any orders. Sorry, but we cannot not hold orders for a later delivery date.
Our shipping charges are determined by the weight and the shipment's destination. All orders are automatically insured up to $100. Customers have the option to pay for insurance on all orders over $100.00. Shipping timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
A HazMat fee is incurred for every 48lbs of powder/primers and as of April 2016 is $30.00.
If you are placing an order that you will be picking up at our Missoula Montana retail store please select the "Ship to Missoula, MT Store -Please allow 3 business days for order to be available for pickup” Once your order has been confirmed, please contact us at 406-351-0156 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know that you have placed the order so we can process it and have it ready for pick-up. Please allow 3 business days for order fulfillment as the warehouse and store are in different locations. .

Due to the New York SAFE Act, effective 01/15/2014 we can no longer ship ammunition to New York unless it is going to an FFL dealer. Please send us a copy of your desired FFL BEFORE placing your order. Due to the Department of Transportation regulations, we cannot accept returns on ammunition. Please check your local laws before ordering.
