.22 LR VIPER
Review by LAH053 (WI)Rating This is a hard hitting round initially developed for the Remington Mod 522 VIPER rifle. This round devastates squirrels at 50 yards, once hit squarely they don't go far. Great for rabbits does the same stops them in their tracks. Highly recommend this round for hunting game or plinking.

That rifle was introduced in 1992, while this ammo has been in production since the '70s. I remember buying this ammo nearly 40 years ago as a solid (non-hollowpoint) alternative to the CCI Stinger. It shot great then, and still does now.
