New, unprimed brass should always be resized before loading. This brass has undergone factory annealing which extends brass life, as a result of the annealing process the neck portion of the brass may be discolored until the case is cleaned. This is not loaded ammunition.

I certainly realize Lapua .338 is definitely not cheap (inexpensive), but neither are my .338's that continually eat this ammo up. The brass is clean, and the quality and superiority of the brass is quite evident. This brass can be re-popped, or reloaded, easily, 8-10 times. Obviously, the annealed necks, nicely squared primer pockets, the absence of burrs, and the consistent volume of each case, makes this brass Top Notch. The factory annealing really adds life to the brass, the case necks are solid, and the brass extracts smoothly, regardless how many times I've re-popped it. I love Lapua.
