Excellent factory ammo. My daughter has tipped over 6 deer and 1 cow elk from 55 yds to 327 yds with 7shots in 6 seasons. Not many can say that. I can't.

In my prior review of this ammo, I mistakenly rated it at 4 stars. I should have given it 5 stars because I can't imagine better performance in terms of accuracy than this ammo delivered. The cup and core bullet design will handle anything the .243 was designed for. I expected good accuracy out of the rifle i bought this ammo for, but now it's a real tackdriver with this Federal 100 grain soft point.

I bought a few boxes of these to use sighting in a new Stevens .243 bolt gun because of the low price at Selway. I bought that rifle as a spare/loaner to take on hunting trips. Big surprise...they shoot into 3/4 of an inch out of a $290 rifle! Great round for deer, antelope, varmints or meat hogs and superior accuracy. Stock up before they're gone. Thanks, Selway!
