Howa garantees 1 MOA in their rifles with any factory ammunition. But the most accurate I have EVER shot with my HOWA 1500 Short Action was able to be covered (5 shot group) with a DIME at 100 Yards. yes this was from a rest. Yes I broke the rifle in according to HOWA's instructions. but to cover 100 with a dime, and 200 yds with Barely over a dime was enough to say "Oy Yes" Now. If they will just get this back in stock.
